I don't know how to translate the title exactly, since its actually a phrase from a piece of poetry.
"Until rose drops" - "開到荼蘼花事了"
"荼蘼花"categorized under Rosaceae family, blooms in the end of summer, I don't know the english name for this kind of flower, although I believe there is one (OTL). The phrase is saying "Until it drops" - when that happens it means the end of blooming season, which is kind of a metaphor for ending of a relationship.
It's an illustration for a novel, so there are more stories behind this piece, unfortunately the novel is all in Chinese, so if you can read it you can go Google or Baidu the title up and check it out
